Light burnt magnesium powder is divided into nine grades according to chemical composition: QM-96, QM-95, QM-94, QM-92, QM-90, QM-87, QM-85, QM-80, QM-75.

5.1 The chemical analysis method shall be carried out according to GB 5069.

5.2 Use international standard sieves for particle size determination, that is, 120-mesh and 100-mesh sieves with international standard sieves with apertures of 0.125mm and 0.15mm, respectively.

6.1 The weight of each batch of finished products is not more than 120 t.

6.2 Samples for particle size determination should be sampled before batching, and samples for chemical analysis should be sampled after batching. Small bags (25kg) take one incremental sample per 20 bags, and one incremental sample per large bag (1000kg).

After fully mixing the obtained particle size sample, point 10-20g to measure the particle size. The mixed test samples were reduced to 200g and sent to the laboratory for analysis.

6.3 If a certain chemical composition is unqualified or abnormal in the inspection results, double the number of samples in the same batch of products shall be taken for re-inspection once, and the re-inspection result shall be the final inspection result of the batch of products.
